Plug your Zune into your Xbox 360 (use the same USB cable you use to sync your Zune) and, BAM, you can pull music or video off of you Zune and play it on your Xbox 360.

The documentation at Microsoft is pretty bad on this one - but trust me - it is this simple (and a very cool way to watch videos you’ve downloaded).
