AppleTV Windows?

I keep hearing from people in the “know” that Apple TV isn’t going to support Windows. Is there some piece of documentation somewhere out there that I haven’t seen yet?

Two questions/thoughts here:

Does someone know something about AppleTV that I don’t? Everything I read says that I’ll be able to use it with the Windows “Server” that I’m currently using for the rest of this experiment.

Is someone trying to spread some Apple TV Fud? The more and more I think about this product, the more and more I think this is going to be the ultimate solution.

If only they’d do something about movie rentals …
